Paradise inside and out! The elegant B314 is an elevator ride up to the third floor of the Maui Sunset, where you'll enjoy breathtaking ocean views right outside your window. The warm Hawaiian shore nestles directly against the Maui Sunset greenbelt, with beautiful landscaping, and the largest pool in Kihei. Convenient Aloha hospitality is found at the Maui Sunset poolside Activity Reservation center -- for a wide variety of activities to experience while in Hawaii. Inside this third story condo: new custom tile, marble countertops, all new appliances, new furniture, mediterranean shower tiling, and balcony lanai table setting overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The unit comes standard with local cable, wide screen T.V., stereo, phone, washer/dryer, and free wifi access. A beautiful cherry wood cabinet with built-in desk adds a touch of function for your computer/workspace. As well, our condo has a spacious 1 bedroom unit has two queen beds: 1 in the bedroom, and 1 custom built sofa sleeper to comfortably accommodate either 4 occupants or a couple for a private vacation. The bedroom has an attached bath, and the second bath is located in the main hallway near the living room. From this condo, visitors report seeing whales splashing and playing in the ocean. Wonderful stay at Maui Sunset

This is a lovely condo in the Maui Sunset community (2-buildings) with direct access to a beautiful open space and a lovely beach. The property also has a swimming pool/hot tub, tennis courts, BBQs, etc. The condo owners have thought of everything - the kitchen is fully stocked with teapot, coffee makers, toaster, blender, etc., pots and pans, cookie sheets, tons of utensils, washer/dryer, ziplock bags for packing up your lunches/snacks for excursion, detergent and cleaning supplies, beach towels, beach chairs and sun umbrellas, coolers, beach cart, boogie boards, beach toys, books and games, and so much more! It was very comfortable for our family of 3 - kiddo slept on the pull-out sofa and said he thought it was super comfy. The balcony/lanai has a wonderful view of the ocean and the sunset views are even better than the listing photo. There is a table for four outside on the balcony but only two kitchen counter stools inside - we generally ate outside except for one night when it was exceptionally windy. The property is very close to groceries and restaurants in Kihei -- easy to pop over via car or walk/bike over. The property also provides carts for owners/visitors to haul their stuff upstairs, and there is an in-person concierge at the pool who can help with booking activities if needed. We enjoyed a very relaxing week on Maui and would definitely consider coming back to this part of the island.

Amazing condo in Maui Sunset

B314 was an amazing place for a long stay over the holidays. Maui Sunset is a favourite and this condo was one of the best we’ve stayed in. Beautifully updated, fully stocked with everything you could need for cooking and fun on Maui, and a wonderful host! Can’t wait to come back!!

This property is absolutely beautiful. Clean and updated. Bed is super comfortable and kitchen fully stocked. The owners have thought of everything you may need for outdoor activities. They even had discount cards for snorkel gear, and that snorkel store had amazing customer service. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for being an excellent host!

Great place

after a small snaffu with the door code everything was terrific. Very clean, well equipped kitchen and the location was next to the ocean. There is a beach you can walk on it for miles and the pool on property is very clean. We rented a car so we could get all over the island but the condo is within walking distance to Kihei.

Amazing sunset

It was awesome to actually get what your promised. A clean unit with awesome views easy beach access in a great location. The unit is fully equipped with games for entertainment, to food storage bags, and ice packs to pack a lunch for your daily adventures. Not to mention no need for a car the bus stop is just a few steps outside the condo. Mahalo

A very Mele Kalikimaka on Maui

Our family had a wonderful stay at Marty’s place. The condo was clean, cozy, and comfortable. We enjoyed the artwork on the walls, breakfast/coffee on the lanai, and the pool. The front closet was well stocked with beach chairs and amenities which we used to enjoy some good beach time and sunsets. We cooked in for both Christmas Eve and Christmas. The kitchen was perfect for doing our meals for a family of 3. The grounds and common areas of Maui Sunset were well kept and a big plus. It was a short drive into Kihei for shopping and restaurants. It doesn’t get much better than this! Thanks so much for the great accommodations, Marty. We hope to visit again soon!

Perfect beach views, responsive owner, and all the amenites needed and then some

Maui Sunset condo on the beach was a perfect place and central location. Updated and very clean with all the amenities needed for a relaxing beach vacation. Owner was quick to respond to questions and made our stay wonderful. The sunrise outside of the front door was beautiful and the furnishings were high quality and were well taken care of. Plenty of beach coolers, chairs, towel etc.
