Generally nice 2 bedroom unit. Bit of an ocean view. A/C was nice, though the A/C unit in the living room made a racket on and off. Bathroom cabinets are not in good condition and a number of drawers in the kitchen are stuck closed or extremely difficult to open. Otherwise a good family-friendly place to stay close to beach.

Would stay again!

Everything was great. The bedrooms do get a little warm at night as there is only a fan in the rooms but this would not deter us from staying again.

Great location, enjoy our stay.

Unit was clean and a great location! Our only complaint would be the freezer door doesn't open much making access to freezer very difficult.

Just like home

We chose this propery because we love Kam 1 beach and it's the perfect location for all the things we like to do. We love that it is a 2 min walk across the street to the beach. We will be using this property for all our future travels. This unit served all our needs very well for the ten day stay.

We were missing having an umbrella for the beach but had chairs to use. We would stay here agsin. They accommodated our late flight out so we could stay till 7pm for a fee but totally worth it!

AC throughout with a view

We loved having AC in all the rooms and having a great view of the ocean. There are a few quirks about the place that I would change if I could, but overall it was great. Like others have said, you can’t really use the freezer because it’s close to the wall.
