Welcome to our little piece of paradise on the Island of Maui. ..a spacious one bedroom condo with everything you need for your vacation in this paradise. Our well maintained home away from home has a kitchen with granite countertops and and is stocked with everything you need to help prepare any of your vacation meals. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. We supply all the laundry soap, dish soap, linens, towels ,coolers, beach chairs and beach towels for your visits to Maui's beautiful beaches..... also a starter supply of paper towels and toilet paper. Enjoy your meals on our large lanai that has some views to the ocean and we are only steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches - Kamaole 1. This well kept complex has a pool, hot tub , sauna, and BBQ areas. There is shopping, great restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Relax and enjoy your vacation in our home away from home..you'll love it!

Clean and modern condo with a fantastic location in central Kihei. 2 blocks to the beach and near some good restaurants and a must visit bakery. The hosts were very accommodating and were great communicators. I would gladly stay here again

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. There are lots of amenities nearby and the beach is a block away. The condo itself has a large deck that we would often use in the morning and evening along with a beautiful pool area.

clean, quiet and central

The apartment is very clean, and well stocked with toiletries and kitchen items. The building was very quiet and serene, and we spent many hours on the lanai watching the ocean view! The location is great as well, just a short walk to the beach and to many restaurants and shops. Keep an eye out for the lovebird family living in the trees along the driveway.

A+ condo in a great location.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was perfect for a couples retreat. I have not one thing bad to say. The pictures and description were right on point to what you get. The complex is really nice and quiet. The pool area was nice and clean. The condo is within walking distance to the beach and some really good food spots. The host were really nice and quick to respond to messages. I would love to stay here again.

Nice place close to the water

Overall, loved our stay at this condo! It was spacious and in a great location. It was a very short walk to the beach. The kitchen has everything needed. If you have difficulty with stairs, then this place may not be the best for you and sometimes the bedroom got pretty warm. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this condo!

Great place to stay

The property was just as described. The unit had everything you would need. The location was awesome. Just a few minutes walk to the beach at the end of the street. There is a huge pool and jacuzzi as well. Lots of shops within walking distance. Gift shops, souvenirs, hair salon, nail salon, gas station and restaurants. I definitely would come back to this unit again. And the lanai was very large and it had a view of the water. I loved it.

Really nice place with easy checkin, responsive host and all the amenities. However, the ran in the bedroom was so loud that even at low it was keeping us awake - and it’s too hot to sleep without it. The host said he’d fix… so I hope he does cause that was unpleasant.

Perfect Location

Close to everything! Walk to beach, restaurants and stores. Unit has everything you need and more. Large lanai provides a bit of ocean view and is great for eating outdoors. Unit is close to pool and spa and entire complex is very well maintained. Unit is on 2nd floor and complex is terraced up a private road. May be difficult to haul luggage and groceries up stairs for those with mobility issues and parking lot is at the top of the road. Loved our stay and owners are quick to respond to any questions.

Home away from home

Great place to relax and unwind after a day out exploring! The condo is very spacious and clean! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well! Close proximity to the beach and local eats! The balcony offers a nice little extension to its living space and by having the doors open offered a nice way to cool down! Kitchen was missing a few items (salad bowls, and bowls to have ramen) and did not have any boogie boards or snorkels, if you are interested in a unit that supplied such things (we weren’t fussed). Otherwise it had everything else that we needed! As mentioned in other reviews, it has quite a bit of stairs to navigate with luggage. Mahalo

Hawaiian Paradise

We had the best stay at Paul and Mandy’s place. The condo is in the best location. We did have a vehicle rented for the week but truthfully wouldn’t have been a requirement, lots of restaurants and grocery necessities within walking distance, Kam I is a two minute walk down the hill. As for the condo itself, it more impressive and larger than the photos made it look. There is lots of room on the lanai and a great view of the water. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes and cooking tools. The bed is comfortable and there is lots of room in the bedroom to open your suitcase up and still leave room to walk around. We would 100% stay here again and recommend you do as well. As others have mentioned this condo building is not good for anyone with mobility issues as there are a lot of stairs.

Very clean and well located condo

This condo was very clean upon arrival. It has anything you need for your stay including very useful beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and a cooler. The unit is renovated and feels up-scale. Additionally, the owners were very helpful with the check-in process by sending over clear documentation, and can be reached very easily during the stay. The condo even has p-touch notes in key locations to help you navigate it. This condo has anything you need for your stay! This condo is very well located: The kamaole beach parks are a 2 minutes walk away, with amazing sunsets, and snorkeling. Lots of stores and restaurants are located close by. The parking lot is safe. Finally, Kihei was a great hub for our stay as it allows quick access to any place on Maui. Thank you Paul and Mandy for the great stay! We would come back anytime.

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Maui Kihei Condo, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The condo's location was superb, offering easy access to the beach and boasting a well-maintained pool area. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our vacation in Maui. One of the standout features of this condo was the attention to detail. Everything was meticulously labeled, making it a breeze to operate appliances and find our way around the condo. Another aspect that impressed us was the outstanding communication and information provided by the owner. This level of communication helped us plan our itinerary and make the most of our time in Maui. Any questions we had during our stay were promptly addressed, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Experience Living in Paradise in one of the very best condos in the complex

We arrived on a late flight and found the condo very easily. Upon opening the door we felt welcomed like staying at a favorite relative's special vacation retreat. This is no ordinary condo. It is lovingly renovated to feel like a tropical home. Beautiful decore, high quality furnishings with attention to the smallest detail. Living area opens out onto a lanai where you can spend hours just lounging, or eating a meal while watching the ocean. It is just off the roadway but there is no noise whatsoever. The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and has every convenience you could want or need, very well stocked. The bedroom was spacious with ample storage for your clothing. The bathroom is small but again the decore makes it seem much larger. Joanne and Keith have provided everything you need for the beach or touring around the island (coolers, beach chairs, oversized beach towels, boogie boards and more). We enjoyed the beach chairs so much we bought some for our own use when we arrived home. Free parking is provided at their huge lot. Because the building is constructed on a slight rise it provides for a wonderfulartial view of the ocean. There is great air conditioning and fans but the trade winds kept us cool most days. It is a very quiet and safe condo complex. Keith and Joanne provided so many great ideas for places to visit and eat and as a result we saw things that we never would have otherwise, e.g. the turtles coming in from the ocean for the night at Ho'okipa Beach park (not to be missed). Being central in Kihei with a quick access to the highway was perfect for getting around to the other areas of Maui. We did have a vehicle for our 2 week stay however there is limited bus service at the end of the street. We found the ABC Store had a terrific deli for the times we just didn't want to cook or eat out. Some excellent restaurants near by. However if you are used to Moose's the food quality and service is not up to its previous standards but Happy Hour is still a great value. Fred's has a great fun atmosphere and is busy for breakfast and dinner each night. 808 Bistro has a delicious small menu with early bird pricing. Lots of shopping nearby. We cannot wait for our next trip to Maui and hope to be able to again book this fabulous tropical home in paradise!
