Fully remodeled and updated, our home is ideally suited for a romantic getaway, celebrating a special life milestone, those looking for a little laid-back downtime, and anyone wanting to enjoy Maui to its fullest potential. Our 1 bedroom 1 bath oceanfront condo is in the Royal Mauian, a South Maui condominium complex nestled on a promontory between two of South Maui's finest beaches, Kamaole I and Kamaole II. With an up-close and personal front-row view of the beautiful Pacific Ocean, we offer luxurious accommodations as well as beautiful Maui sunsets, turtle and seasonal whale watching, all from your private lanai. Our unit is less than 50 feet from the Pacific Ocean and steps away from two post-card beaches for all your desired activities: sunbathing, ocean swimming & snorkeling, SUP, yoga, beach running and walking down to Wailea on the beach and ocean front paths.

Royal Mauian 308 is the perfect beachfront vacation getaway for couples, whether traveling together or as part of a wider family or friend group. We also have additional contacts on the island if you are looking to book for more than 2 people, either at the Royal Mauian or our other upscale property at the Maui Kamaole (VRBO #215146), a 15-minute walk away.

Our property is managed directly by the Faris family and has been in our family for over 40 years. To you, our guest, we provide extensive on-island support, via our on-island contacts, telephone, text, and email. The property is impeccable, modern amenities and not to mention the perfect location. The sunsets are perfect. The unit faces the trade trade winds, so you get a constant breeze thru, no need to use the air conditioning which is available. As a long time visitor of Kihei, this was my first time at this building, and this owner knocked it out of the park. Do not hesitate, stay at this unit, its magical.

Just returned from our 6 week stay at this gorgeous condo. Directly on the ocean, amazing views of the ocean and Kam 1 Beach. Spacious balcony to dine and watch the whales. We love returning to this Kihei condo. It is beautiful and comfortable and has everything you need for a perfectly relaxing vacation. The lanai is perfect for watching whales and turtles and sunsets. Wonderful Vacation at a Great Location!

We had a wonderful two week stay at the Royal Mauian. You can't beat the location with ocean and beach views and many shopping and food options within easy walking distance. The property was clean and updated and came stocked with everything we needed including beach chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The owner Kevin was easy to deal with and he gave us a lot of great ideas for activities around the island. We will definitely consider booking it again for our next visit to Maui.

Spectacular Views!

This condo offers a full oceanfront view of Kamaole Beach Park I as well as amazing sunsets from the Lanai. Views from the rooftop patio of Haleakala on one side and the sweeping ocean view on the other are stunning. The condo is exactly as advertised, comfortable and very well equipped.
