New umbrella will offer shade in the afternoon, lanai faces due west, great for sunsets and shady in the morning The lanai closet is well stocked with beach accessories and four beach towels are provided. The new pullout sofa has a comfortable memory foam mattress. The bedroom mattress is new 2021 and quite comfortable.

Parking is easy and close, no stairs, no elevator ride.
No Smoking. Smoking OK only at Smoking Benches at N and S ends of the building.
