Our South Kihei condominium is clean and comfortable, with a beautiful garden and ocean view. We've updated a number of important essentials: fully remodeled bathrooms with granite countertops and walk-in showers; new flooring in living room and bedroom; new pullout sofa (comfortable mattress); new easy chairs and ottoman to help you relax, two "smart" TV's to stream favorite shows, new high quality lanai furniture; including two swivel / rocking chairs, a lanai closet filled with beach gear, new dishwasher and microwave (well stocked kitchen for you chefs); new bedroom mattress, and new original artwork.
Kam Sands has many on-site amenities including pool, two hot tubs (one for families and one for adults), new tennis and pickleball courts, 4 barbecue areas with tables that can be reserved, and a new exercise room. Short garden walk to world-class Kamaole beaches and parks. We are located on the ground floor with private open lanai with flat grassy area elevated above the pool & spa. Lush tropical gardens are alive with Hawaiian birds. Air conditioning in the living room.

We are located on the convenient 1st floor in building 5 on the inner courtyard placing you in close to all the shared amenities of this unique site. This much sought after Kamaole Sands Condo will fulfill your dream vacation while in Maui.
We provide a well stocked kitchen with a cold refrigerator and good icemaker. The lanai has new furniture (2021) with two comfortable swivel / rocking chairs, and two cafe chairs. New umbrella will offer shade in the afternoon, lanai faces due west, great for sunsets and shady in the morning The lanai closet is well stocked with beach accessories and four beach towels are provided. The new pullout sofa has a comfortable memory foam mattress. The bedroom mattress is new 2021 and quite comfortable.
Parking is easy and close, no stairs, no elevator ride. No Smoking. Smoking OK only at Smoking Benches at N and S ends of the building.
