Best Unit/Location w/ Ocean View! Fully Renovated End-Unit!
This is a completely renovated (2018) 2-Bedroom END-unit (one enclosed bedroom and one loft bedroom) in Building 2 of the Maui Vista Condominium complex with a beautiful ocean view! Since it's an end unit, there is an extra window in the living room, and the bedroom window is on the side of the building rather than the main walkway (avoiding walkway noise). The loft bathroom and shower are much more comfortable than other units, as they were expanded in size.
There is a King Bed in the bedroom and a Queen Bed in the loft. In addition, a queen-sized pull-out sofa will accommodate additional guests in the living room.
The kitchen is stocked with all of the typical amenities, a new washer & dryer have been installed, and beach chairs/umbrella, boogie boards, and tennis rackets are available for use. In addition, we now have pickleball rackets for our new outlined pickleball courts!
The most amazing crystal-clear water & one of the most beautiful beaches (Charley Young/ Kamaole I) is located right across the street...a 2 minute walk. Turtles hang out at the rocky points on each end of the beach. Shopping and restaurants are in close proximity to both the north and to the south of the complex.
This unit is hard to beat, and is quite possibly the best unit at Maui Vista! Did I say Ocean View?
