It is near Waipuilani County Park with access to six tennis courts and the coral Waipuilani Beach, perfect for morning jogs, long walks, and quiet sunbathing. Calm ocean mornings are popular times for kayaking and canoe club activities, while trade wind afternoons may bring colorful windsurfers, kite surfers, and stand-up board paddlers. You will enjoy this beach-side location with views of the ocean and west Maui mountains year around but especially during the Winter months when Humpback whales make their annual migration south. Spectacular sunset views can be seen over the ocean. This condo is in the perfect location and saves time when heading out to the Road to Hana or Haleakala. Many tours are available departing from Maalaea Harbor which is only a 15 minute drive.

You will have your own free assigned parking space and unlike many condo properties on Maui, you will enjoy having central air-conditioning In this unit. All the conveniences of home are provided In this well stocked kitchen with full sized appliances that include a dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave and refrigerator; boogie boards, beach chairs, high thread count linens and plush towels supplied; There is laundromat on our floor near the elevator should you need to wash and dry clothes at a reasonable cost.
