We were down for a family wedding and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was well equipped with everything to make you feel at home. The pool and spa were a big plus for us. We arrived in late October and needed to have the pool heated. The rental management company was very accommodating with quick response. It is a beautiful home and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the memories!

Great house - heated pool in January!

Great floor plan, really good location, and super responsive management. Very clean house that passed the frying pan test. If I find a house has good frying pans, it’s a good sign. Kids loved the bunk room and swam in the pool despite temps being below 50. Very good pool heater. Also a great selection of books for the kids. Truly a great house for our large group.

Best Stay Ever

We thoroughly enjoyed this home. Clean, beautiful, perfect location. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of cooking appliances for folks who like to entertain at home. The bedding and sheets were top notch and the master shower I will miss til my next visit. We also enjoyed all the complimentary soaps, shampoos...etc. We booked this property super last minute and Sweetgrass was very responsive to all our questions. 100% recommend it all. Thank you!

We had an excellent stay!

Two adults, 4 teenagers. We were all comfortable, had plenty of space/storage. Loved the large pool. Beds super comfortable and appreciated the large master bath. Felt like we were guests at a friend's home rather than in a rental (and respected it as such). Well stocked kitchen, large pantry (so we didn't have to clutter countertops), nice location for biking to beach/lunch/etc. We had a great week and were very happy with our choice of rental property. Very true to online depiction.

Family loved the house

Lovely home. Perfect size for the 10 of us, ages 9 to 69. Nice pool though a little grungy when we arrived, the pool man came and cleaned it up! Poor yard needs a little attention but then I am a gardener. Great kitchen for preparing meals. Time to replace those teflon coated fry pans. Yuck! Need some more kitchen towels too. The cellar door was unlocked when we arrived. Beds comfy but the upper bunks were too high and kids kept bumping their heads. Really these are small things that could take this lovely home from excellent to perfect. Kiawah is beautiful and special!

Great house with plenty of room.

Our stay was enjoyable, and the house was very nice. There were some maintenance issues, such as the main TV not accessing the internet and the blocked Netflix accounts. The Realty company sent help, and that was impressive. The pool probably should have been cleaned once during the stay, and the outdoor shower was unusable. Three shades in the main master were broken and could not be lowered. Also, one closet door in the master was broken, and it was impossible to lock the door to the pool. These are simple fixes, and in fairness, we didn't report during the stay. Despite these glitches, I would definitely recommend this property.

Mini vacation

The property was beautiful and well stocked. The Pool guy came in the middle of the day with no warning to add chemicals and told us we would have to wait to enter. Not the best timing for a mini vaca and startled us as well as we were not expecting anyone. Glad we were dressed. A few items were broken upon arrival. We called, but no one contacted us back until right before we were to leave. Hope those were fixed prior to next guests. I understand we were first for new owners. I would say it was in great condition for the most part and we would definitely rent again if we return. Communication with management and caretakers would be all that might need tweaking. Happy summer all!

This property is beautiful and is well kept. Plenty of room for all seven of us. The rental management company was very responsive to a couple of maintenance issues and had someone there as soon as possible. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is beautiful and our family of 8 adults had a fabulous 2 week stay . The staff at ESPM were extremely responsive to any of our requests. The house was missing an iron and ironing board when we arrived so we emailed ESPM and within a few hours they dropped the iron/ironing board off at the house . We have stayed at several houses on Kiawah Island and this was one of the nicest and good value . However although the kitchen was well equipped with appliances like blender/Keurig/toaster oven etc it would have been nice if there where more plates/dishes/wine glasses as there was 8 of us and we were constantly short of dishes . The deck was really nice but if you like sitting in the sun it was shaded most of the afternoon apart from the corner by the hot tub which could be because of the time of year we were there . I would recommend this house
