Stunning Treehouse, easy beach and golf access
Welcome to 50 Ocean Course, your Kiawah Island vacation awaits! With wide porches, large windows, and a landscape teeming with live oaks, pines, and palmettos, this quintessential Southern retreat overlooks a lagoon and really gives off "treehouse" vibes! The beach access is very easy and within about a 6-8 min walk or quick bike ride. You simply walk across the street and down a lovely path to a non-public beach, only for guests staying in the area! Tons of great outdoor space including a cozy screened in porch, rocking chairs and comfy seating make this a perfect spot for year round enjoyment. Great option for a large family or multiple families, there are two spacious masters with king beds, a queen bedroom, and a room with a bunk set (full sized bunk with full trundle underneath) for plenty of sleeping arrangements for the whole crew! There is also a bonus 5th room with a twin bed. Very kid friendly with available high chair, board games, and pack n play in one room. Also a great location for golfers with easy access to the Ocean Course Clubhouse/Golf Course.
Casual, inviting interiors feature polished hardwood floors, custom paneling, and tall windows with transoms. The living room has direct access to the rear, screened porch. The adjacent eat-in kitchen is brightened by a trio of windows and features a central island with turned legs and counter seating. Shaker-style cabinetry is topped by granite countertops, and a suite of stainless appliances includes a Thermador® range. A pass-through bar with wine cooler and a French door opening to the screened porch are convenient for entertaining. The main floor is also home to a handsome, wood-paneled study with custom built-ins for display and storage and a custom desk, in case you absolutely must work while away.
The primary suite is located on the main floor and offers a large bath with dual vanities and walk-in shower. Three guest rooms and two baths are tucked away on the second floor, which also features a large family room with cozy window seats. There is certainly plenty of space for your friends and family to spread out and relax in this spacious home!
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
Historic Charleston is only a 30 minute drive from the villa where you can have a carriage ride, visit boutique shops, walk through the open market, and enjoy dining in numerous restaurants located in the city.
