Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was perfect. We could not have asked for anything more. It had everything we needed and not a detail was left unmissed. Little things like having multiple USB chargers next to nightstands and leaving sunscreen out for us really enhance your experience. CHeck in and check out was extremely easy and well communicated. The villa had everything needed for a week stay- great pots and pans, different types of stemware in the bar area along with all the cooking utensils you need. I will definitely be staying here again!

We did a pickle ball instructional session and it was great.Restaurants are wonderful, grocery shopping nearby and the “Nest” was ideal. We rode our bikes and walked the beach. March was a bit chilly !!

The guest bedroom is spacious and it’s nicely tucked away from the master so everyone can have their own privacy. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes, beautiful cookware and other supplies not often found in a rental.The location is perfect being close to both end of the islands, The Sanctuary and the Nest where you can grab a bite to eat and etc. we enjoyed our stay and are confident that others will as well.

My 88 yo mother in law wasn't able to take a safe shower using her walker, but that was the only issue. Beautiful Tennis Villa, close to everything!

We just returned home from our week-long stay in this beautifully renovated unit in the Tennis Villas. It was our first time visiting Kiawah and the unit owners were helpful and responsive in answering all of our questions. The beach is easily accessible from the unit either by bike (7 minutes), short walk (10 minutes) or drive (5 minutes). My kids loved Night Heron Park, also a short bike ride, walk or drive, especially the basketball court! The unit is beautifully decorated in a beach chic motif. We sat for hours on the screened in porch watching the alligator, fish and birds in the pond. We highly, highly recommend this unit and all the beauty it has to offer!
