"I had a very disappointing stay at VITS Hotel, Karad. Despite being a premium-priced property, the service quality was extremely poor.
• In-Room Dining was a nightmare — delayed responses, overpriced items, and basic amenities like water were not provided on time.
• Room service was unresponsive even after repeated calls.
• Hospitality was unprofessional — we submitted Aadhaar cards for both guests at check-in, yet were later asked to pay extra for the second person.
• The overall experience felt like we were being overcharged for below-average service.
This hotel clearly lacks proper management and customer service. I would strongly advise against staying here, especially for couples or anyone expecting even basic hospitality."
