Sea Glass Beach Bungalow in Key Colony Beach!

Welcome to Sea Glass Beach Bungalow! What made us first fall in love with the Florida Keys was the captivating blue/green shades of the water. Once, while visiting Ft. Zachary Taylor Beach in Key West, we found our first pieces of sea glass, and loved how the beautiful blues and greens of the water were also found in the glass. When we purchased our home away from home here in Key Colony Beach we knew we wanted the inside of our home to reflect the wonderful outside the Keys offer.

This bright and airy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located on the quaint Key Colony Beach island. Small town vibes and a quick walk to the beach, restaurants/bars with live music, and Key Colony Beach pool & beach access will make your stay truly reflect the laid back Florida Keys lifestyle. Access for 6 people to Cabana Club Resort are included with your stay. Check in with name at Cabana Club Desk. Cabana Club has a full bar, snack bar, heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, gift shop, and beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, bikes (5 adults and one child) and a cooler are all available for your use.

Looking for a little more adventure? Charter a fishing trip, rent a jet ski, swim with the Dolphins at Dolphin Research Center, take a snorkel tour, kayak the mangroves of Crane Point Hammock, learn about saving the turtles at the Turtle Hospital, or visit Bahia Honda State Park. All are nearby and easily accessible.

After your days of adventure, Sea Glass will be a comfortable retreat to return to. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, with everything required to cook your fresh catch. Our quaint courtyard outside offers a grill, dining table and lounge space in a lush, tropical setting.

Our bedrooms are equipped with USB charging ports on the nightstands, smart TV's, comfy mattresses and multiple pillow options so you can find the one that's just right for you. Our living area includes a 65" smart TV and games and puzzles for those rare rainy days or after dinner entertainment.

Golf course, basketball courts, pickleball & tennis courts, horseshoes, bocce ball and a playground are all on the same block as the home.

3 adult bicycles and one children's bicycle are available for your use. Bicycle locks are provided.

3 kayaks (2 singles and one double kayak) and paddles are available for your use. There is no where within walking distance to launch, so we recommend bringing/renting a truck to transport them. Curry Hammock State Park and Bahia Honda State Park are both wonderful places to kayak.

Please note that these amenities are provided at no additional charge, use at your own risk. Follow all local laws. Any damage to or loss of these amenities will result in a charge for replacement.

Other considerations:
- Key Colony only allows rentals of 7+ days. We cannot accept any reservation requests shorter than 7 days. If you wish to stay less than 7 days you would still need to make a reservation for 7 days.
- Check in time is 4:00pm. Check out is 10:00am.
- If early check-in or late check out is needed, additional fees may apply.
- Outdoor security cameras are on premises for guest and owner safety. Disabling or tampering with cameras will result in immediate cancellation of stay without refund.
- Bringing your boat? One trailer is permitted on the property. Sea Glass is not located on a canal. The nearest boat launch is at 12648 Overseas Hwy, Marathon, FL.
- Since we offer our guests self check-in, government issued photo ID is required at time of booking. The guest reserving the property must be staying at the property (no third party reservations).
- no pets allowed. If pets are viewed on premises an additional charge of $300 per night will be charged.

- A rental agreement will be sent to you after you book. This will need to be completed and signed in order to officially reserve the property.
