Breakfast was fresh and restuarant is very comfortable and clean. The rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable and have nice temperature control. If you are looking for an updated environment, you will likely be disappointed with the shower areas. We have made three or four trips to this location now and stayed in different style rooms each time and the bathrooms were old and depressing. Doesn’t bother me, but it is worth noting for those that it does. Water pressure and temperature was great though! And if you have issues with carrying heavy luggage or walking up staircases, you should really try to remember to request a first floor lodging. Overall, the place is nice, has a long history that has been respectfully kept intact and has an attached country music bar and dance floor replete with Karaoke and live music nights. Will definitely stay there again!

This is an old hotel but it is very nice and a beautiful exterior. The room had a musty smell but everything else is very nice. The ladies checking us in were so very kind, happy, and made me feel very welcome. The cleaning staff did an excellent job making our room clean and comfortable EVERY day we were there. Hotels today won't change your sheets, clean your room, give you fresh towels, etc. the entire stay. However they did! Things like this matter to us. This is our second time to stay and we will be staying again when we visit.

This facility needs an update. Room decor and layout are worn and outdated. The lobby is beautiful with the spiral staircase. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The swimming pool area is beautifully landscaped and there are sidewalks that allow you to see all of the landscaped areas. Overall a very good trip.
