"The Main level of the hotel is kept beautifully. Bedrooms were ok. Bathrooms need fixing up. . Beds comfortable. There was no shampoo is bathroom and the carpet needed vacuuming. Breakfast was solid. Bedrooms felt just a bit shabby."

Only one bottle of water on the common table for the entire dining room (we must have been 15-20 people) which of course ended right away. A 4-star hotel usually has an option for still and sparkling water, water is bottled and there are plenty of bottles for all guests. We ordered the small Irish breakfast and it looked really small in the big plate. Waitresses went back and forth without paying attention to the missing water and not taking away dirty dishes which in a small table sitting 4 people must be taken away immediately. The offer of fresh fruits was limited and the bowl was left almost empty at 9.30. I believe such a nice hotel should really step up their breakfast. Forgot to mention that we had to wait almost 15 minutes for a high chair!"
