The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They went over and above to make sure my needs were met. I am a tea drinker, preservative-free and gluten-free, so there wasnt anything I could eat at the breakfast buffet.

Only one of the staff that work the front desk at night was helpful in any way shape or form the hotel maids did not clean the room every day and I stayed here almost a week and the daytime front desk person was very very rude and unhelpful in any way

I cannot believe there is a hotel that does not offer cups to drink out of. Also, no coffee maker? Why? Also, why do you have doors you have to manually open to get your luggage cart in and out?

Don’t stay on 3rd floor.

Old hotel which I knew about but chose anyway based on reviews that did not match my experience. Non smoking room on a smoking floor - hallway reeked of cigarette smell. Why did my room have an ashtray if it’s non smoking? Clump of hair on the shower facets and vanity. Toilet paper holder coming out of the wall. Stains on floor, sofa, and top bedding. Darkening curtains don’t close so the bright parking lot light shined on the bed all night. Had to use pant hangers to keep curtains closed. Hard thumping sound throughout the night about every 15 - 30 minutes (refrigerator?), train noise throughout the night, and old a/c unit turning off/on loudly so unable to sleep. Front desk service ladies were nice.

False advertising

We stayed for two days. When I booked the room, I was glad they had a fitness room. My daughter needed to do her therapy for her leg injury. When we went to start, the fitness room was filled with boxes and all the equipment was shoved to the back. I went to ask the front clerk and she said they were remodeling and need a place for to store item. The next morning, my husband went for breakfast at 8:30 am and there was no breakfast. They had already started cleaning up. We didn’t bother the next day. Our room didn’t seem that cleaned as well. We didn’t notice it until the evening after we came back. There were crumbs under the desk along with plastic spoon and the counters had cup rings. The beds and restroom were clean. Would not stay there again!
