Roach Motel

Within 30 minutes of checking into our room we killed four (4) roaches in the room. A hair stuck on the wall in the bathroom. The fridge leaked all over the floor. When we checked out and asked for a refund, they shorted us $12. Hotels.com customer service did fix our refund.

Don’t stay here! Rooms are filthy, dead bugs were on the floor then live ones would scurry past! Toilet leaked all night. No fridge or microwave, no shampoo and conditioner. Bare bones and bad! Hallways reeked. Old carpet made walking on them feel like I was going to inhale something I didn’t want to!

Terrible dirty place!

Will recommend folks not to stay. We have stayed in several Motel 6 over several years around the US and this one was terrible. Roaches, smell musky, floors sticky. But we had no other place to go. All motels where full for Easter Weekend. Never again for Cleburn Texas. I'm sure the company will not even do anything or contact us. Ronnie Woods

The room was clean, and the staff were very nice. We met some long-term residents, and they were also very nice. I stayed on the second floor, and it smelled like cat litter. That was the only negative aspect.

Towel rods were missing.door frames were rusting. Two guests but only one wash cloth. No blankets in the room. Walls in the bathroom were dirty. Whole place did not feel very clean.
