Gutwillen is surrounded by beautiful nature near Groß Kemnat, a district of Kaufbeuren and about 90 km south-west of the state capital Munich. The former lovingly renovated farmhouse is located in a rural area, directly adjacent to the Kaufbeurer local recreation areas. The historic Kemnat Castle with the Roman Tower is only a few minutes' walk away. The nearby historic old town of Kaufbeuren invites you to linger along with many shops and restaurants with its medieval flair. The annual highlight is the Tänzelfest, the oldest children's festival in Bavaria. The rural surroundings are beautiful, relaxing and surrounded by nature. There is a lot of leisure and shopping opportunities in nearby Kaufbeuren, so it can be very practical and pleasant.
