We arrived and everything was fine. Then I couldn’t open our Lanai doors so I called no one came. Then I got an email saying that the front desk closed and to call this phone number to get help. I called every day and no one answered. Do not stay here and if you do you’ll be very frustrated. We couldn’t even get information to dump our trash.

A map of the property was provided but I would like to suggest that better/clearer signage for the buildings and parking areas be posted. It was harder to see in the evening. Everything from the room and amenities was top notch. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

There’s no reception desk and no one to talk to in person. Everything is over the phone. We found out there’s no early check in upon arrival at 3 cause everything is done through emails and texts. So you just have to wait till they text you. Ceiling fan fell off in the living room while we were asleep and we couldn’t reach anyone or if they even have maintenance. Big rooms though and right next to coconut marketplace

The rooms and property were clean and quiet. The landscaping of the property was gorgeous. The rooms had full kitchens. The beds were comfortable. We had an ocean view from the lanai. We loved that the property had pools and hot tubs. There was plenty of parking. The nearby shops were great to have. There was a beautiful, non-crowded beach nearby within walking distance.

The balcony was great, the apartment concept and not just a hotel room was perfect, the parking was fantastic, great location, and very nice service. The only thing that disappointed was the hot tub out of service, but the pool was great and they are very clean.

Hotel needs some repairs( paint on Lanai was peeling) Amenities were not provided as were stated (coffee each day but you needed to go to office to get it. Room was only cleaned twice during our 9 night stay)

Great location, room was spacious with a balcony and everything you need. Only feedback I would provide is consider putting an AC unit in every room (one ac unit in the living room-bedroom did not have one). Other than that, it was great.

This does not have A/C like it says. It has it in the living room but not the bedroom. Sooooo hot and hard to stay there. Also, you pay $30/day to park and use WiFi! Not worth it. Don’t go. Place is dirty, tired, gross.

We loved the family friendly atmosphere, and that there is a shopping center next to the hotel. There ia a laundry room, and the pool not big but perfect for a night swim.
