Staff had great difficulties mostly with check out, still haven't received both receipts, received receipt for 1 room 416 twice. I waited over 30 minutes for her to get us checked out and get receipts in hand and finally gave up. Still need receipt for room 415. Room 415 had musky odor and no body soap, no kleenex and room 416 no hand soap, the MOD, Karen did not seem too concerned.

Staff was very friendly, but I will never stay here again. There were NO coffee makers in the room, and there was NO DECAF AVAILABLE at all!
