The house features a fully functional kitchen, and living room, mature trees, 10-foot ceilings, and a relaxing vibe. You’ll love the neighborhood, the great kitchen, and the coziness. There are three bedrooms (two with queen size beds and one with a twin) and 1 bathroom.

Weekend get-away.
Nice stay just a short walk from downtown Lee's Summit. House was spacious and comfortable, kitchen and bath updated, but charming details of the home's historic architecture still there. Will definitely stay there again sometime!

Property was conveniently located near downtown Lee’s Summit and had plenty of room. Only suggestion would be to add mirrors to the 3 bedrooms -women sharing one bathroom could use extra mirrors.

Well thought out, comfortable, cute. Quiet neighborhood, felt safe. We stayed in the bedroom closest to the bathroom, because we were the only ones there, this stay. The sheets you have selected were amazing, the bed was comfy. There was no place in the bathroom to lay your stuff while getting ready. The only real issue I had was the vent in the bathroom ceiling, was shockingly dirty!! I realize it was probably just over-looked but, Yikes! I also would have liked pleated shades n the bedroom also, besides the curtains. Felt a bit exposed, but it was a lovely place. Easy to get in & out, just really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

A clean, quiet, comfortable spot within walking distance to all the downtown Lee’s Summit offerings. Fully stocked kitchen with all items needed to enjoy eating at the large island. We look forward to returning.
