Stay was great. Front office staff gentleman could have been more polite. Asked if there was a possibility of checking in early and he laughed at me. Not setting a good first impression. However, when we returned at 6 pm to check in the lady at the counter was extremely nice and polite. Our stay was great and loved the hotel. Would recommend to anyone and stay again.

I stayed on this property for three nights and 4 days. The property itself as well as a staff were very excellent. I like that it was fairly quiet and was easy access to shopping and Entertainment. However, one of the amenities that was offered at this hotel was a hot tub. Unfortunately the water temperature was not up to par. I was very disappointed about that. I do recommend this hotel because of how well maintained and beautiful it is. The staff are extremely helpful and nice.

Clean and comfortable

This is an older facility but it is clean and has all the features. The bed was comfortable and the tv is 55 in. It was quiet and warm. Great water pressure in the shower and HOT water. We have stayed here in the past with a good experience. I was perturbed however because the clerk would not give me a receipt for our stay since it was booked through Hotels.com. All other hotels have printed us a receipt so not sure why. I needed it for reimbursement from work.
