まず、最高でした！！ お部屋の作りも素敵だし、よく考えて作られていて眺めも最高で絶景でした。 立地条件がやはり勾配があるのでフロントへの行き来は大変ですが、お部屋が素敵なので気になりません。 駐車場の位置が部屋の隣ならもっと良かったかな。 設備は少し気になるところがありました。ただ、夜に不備をお話しした際に、外国のスタッフの方の対応も良かったし、翌朝には完璧に改善されていました。個人的にはこういう迅速な対応が素晴らしい施設の方が安心できるなという印象でした。チェックアウトの際も責任者の方の代わりにお声がけいただいたスタッフの方の対応も素晴らしかったです。 個人的にはキッチンに洗剤とスポンジがあると、容器など洗えて再利用したかったので次はお願いしようと思います。（SDGSの観点から） ...

Overall, it was an okay stay. Everything felt pretty average for an onsen hotel... not bad, but nothing particularly memorable either. The room was decent, service was fine, and the location was convenient. The onsen itself worked well.. but that's all it's matter.. the natural hot spring..
