It was tremendously a BAD stay. Booked a room for 3, upon checking-in, was told to go behind to another location of the same. No parking avail, ABSOLUTELY NO SECURITY.. room was comfortable but there was no service lift to go to upper floor which is a hassle for me as i have a big luggage with me. the water pressure in the shower was poor. serivce at the cafe d'luaq was also slow. other than that it was a pleasant stay

Reception informed to complain to Hotels.com for refund as he had acknowledged the Insecurity of the premise . "
