We arrived very early and understood that it was a long shot. However when we came back several hours later and asked if any update. We received a snarky remark that it would be ready at 3. Ok we get that. I said I thought maybe i missed a call since i was told we would be updated. We then proceeded to watch 3 other people get rooms prior to 3 pm. If they were part of a special hotel program I get it. Like a Marriott. However, family owned. My wife didn’t want to cause any drama but it did put a momentary damper on our 20th anniversary celebration. Beautiful hotel and location. Condescending behavior is not necessary. Bartenders were great too. very friendly and accommodating "
