Enjoy this two-bedroom, two-bathroom White Sands unit. Newly updated kitchen and freshly painted home. Relax on the lanai and soak in the ocean views or chill out in the air conditioning and stream your favorite show. White Sands Village is a staple on Ali'i Drive and across from Magic Sands beach. The layout of this unit makes for an open floor plan of the living area. The kitchen has all the gadgets any at-home chef needs. The living area has a sleeper sofa and a great atmosphere to relax and unwind. Enjoy the central air conditioning and smart television as well. There is a nice lanai where you can take in the views of the ocean or mountain and listen to the world wake up.
The guest bedroom has two twin beds, which can be converted to a king upon request. There is great sunlight and ample space to unpack your belongings. The guest bathroom is located in the hallway and has a bathtub and shower combination.
The primary suite has a king bed and private lanai access. Get some work done at the desk or just relax and enjoy the space. The bathroom has a shower is located in the primary bedroom.
Enjoy being across the street from Magic Sands Beach and the Magic Sands grill. This complex has a large pool, hot tub, sauna and pool area for guests to fully enjoy the amenities of White Sands Village.
Please note:
-There is a washer and dryer in the unit
-There is a charge for the conversion of the twins to a king bed in the guest bedroom
-There is one parking spot for guests at this unit.
-The lanai is not childproof.
-There is elevator access to the 3rd floor but an additional 10 stairs up to the unit.
***At this time the tennis courts located within the complex are not usable as they were undergoing renovation and the work had to be stopped to research possible archeological impacts of the project. We are sorry for any inconvenience.***
**The Hawai'i County Department of Parks and Recreation closed La'aloa Beach Park (the closed parking lot including the cultural sites along the water that are across from the Keauhou Bldg driveway). The south end of Magic Sands Beach Park is also closed for construction improvements. Both projects will run concurrently and are expected to be completed in approximately 7-8 months. The beach portion of the park remains open and Water Safety Officers of the Hawai'i Fire Department continue their oversight of ocean activities there.
While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.Other things to notePlease note, your personal email address will be requested at the time of booking.
