Our Kona Vacation

The condo was perfect for our family. Each of our girls had their own bed and they had their own bathroom. They layout is pefect and we did not use the AC. The breeze and fans were perfect, even at night. We were on there in the morning and at night to sleep, but had everything we needed. The beach chairs and cooler bag were great to have! Location cant be beat! We will gladly return if we get the opportunity.

Relaxing vacation with friends

Location, Location, Location

This was my 4th time on the Big Island and I purposively decided to try closer to Ali'i Drive and the main strip for walkability. The property absolutely was in the perfect location just off Ali'i and within walking distance to the restaurants to watch the sunsets. The property itself boasts a large lanai and is well equipped for everything my son and I needed. It was very well stocked with all the kitchen equipment we needed. The condo was clean, towels were abundant, and the beds were comfortable. Although A/C isn't always needed on the Island in the winter months it certainly was nice to have after a day at the beach or golfing. All in all, a great location, a great place and a pleasure to find a place well organized for anything you would like to do. As a sidenote, the parking spot is relatively tight but nothing that is unmanageable in any way. I wouldn't (but could) rent a full size - 7 passenger SUV (ie. a suburban) but it was perfectly fine and worked perfectly well for the Jeep Cherokee that I rented.

Beautiful Property-Excellent Value

Well maintained, clean and quiet property. The unit was exactly as shown in the pictures, no surprises. The weather was very hot and humid during our stay, the ac units were a life saver, they all worked perfectly. The elevator was a nice touch. The parking can be a challenge but manageable. Short drive to restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Great Location

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Kona! The location of this property is perfect and the view of the ocean from the lanai is beautiful. The condo is clean and stocked with many things you may need for the beach and cooking. There is a nice pool but not very kid friendly. It was convenient to have a spot to park the car.

Great location

Having a family of 4 and 3 full bathrooms is a great luxury. Having a large lighted lanai was wonderful. Being a short stroll to the bustling waterfront restaurants and activities was very convenient. All and all we were very happy with the home and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Loved it!

Location AND amenities! The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and everything we needed for outdoor fun was available. We spent most of our time on the large and comfortable lanai. The only suggestion we have: give guests walking directions to the nearby local beach - we did not find it until the day we left, and it’s quite lovely. Thank you for making our vacation so enjoyable.

Aloha!

Our son was staying at the Ywam campus so we selected this property because it looked to be nearby and in the end it was pretty much literally across the street so the location was ideal. As it turned out the location was great for everything. It’s a short walk to the waterfront and the main string of restaurants, patios and shops. We also chose this property because it was one of the few that had enough room and beds for the us and our other 2 kids (age 15 and 12). I think they appreciated having their own beds, bathroom and space. We made good use of the beach chairs, umbrellas, etc that was available. As many stated, the parking spot is small. When we arrived the only vehicle remaining at the car rental was a full size Ford truck with a long box. I drive a full size pickup and am used to having to park in tight spots but the long box proved to be too much so we ended up not using the parking spot. However if you get anything other than a MASSIVE four wheel drive you should be fine. We ended up parking on the street, which honestly wasn’t a huge deal. Out of the parking lot to the left we found a spot to park each day that was a 2-3 minute walk at the most. But again, if you can get a smaller vehicle this shouldn’t be an issue. We ate most of our meals at the condo and found everything we needed in the kitchen. The TV had streaming services for our movie watching. The patio was great for morning coffee and breakfast. Highly recommend!

Great stay

We had a wonderful time and this condo was just right for family of five. Walking distance to town which we did a lot. The parking was tight but not bad for my husband. It had all the things we needed to cook and had enjoyable meals out on the porch. Convenient to pool and elevator. Gets light early but not a problem after our time change. Overall a nice stay for our vacation. I would recommend and would stay here again.

Staycation

Condo was modern & beautiful BUT the only downfall was the cleanliness of it. My family owns a cleaning company & upon arrival the floor was dirty & sticky from all the sands. Our foot got dirty from walking barefooted inside the condo. So I had to sweep & mop. The washer smelled like it wasn't washed. Under the sofa inside the living room there was a little kid's boxer from previous guest. But it was well stocked & a beautiful place to stay in for a vacation & a staycation. It's just the cleanliness that's needs to be taken care of and also the I tried emailing the property manager several times "NO REPLY" I even called the number that was provided on the paper but "BUSY". So those are the only 2 things that needs to be fixed. OUT OF ALL BEAUTIFUL CONDO MODERN LOOKING & COMFORTABLE BEDS TO SLEEP IN.

Condo Ok long review incoming: So our trips to HI are spent very low key. We go to unplug. We seldom eat out often and like to fix simple meals ourselves. So I always look for a condo that is quiet, clean, has a great pool, and a decently supplied kitchen, and comfortable beds. When we experience a unit that exceeds these expectations it makes the visit so much better! Colin, our contact person was quite pleasant and attentive. He was available throughout our stay to answer any questions. The first thing I noticed, after we walked through the door was how clean everything was. Not a speck of dust, or a crumb in sight. This place has high-quality silverware and dishes, filtered Britta type water pitcher and-bonus-an electric tea, kettle, and a V-6 pour over ceramic cone. (I’m a coffee geek)- Salt, pepper, sugar, bunch of dry seasonings, soy sauce etc, garbage bags, and enough, toilet paper, and paper towels to last a week for us, since it was only two of us. The King size bed was exceptional, Tempur-pedic mattress perfect firmness not too hard not to soft not too hot. Another plus was a wide assessment of quality bed pillows to choose from. Not the flattened, pancake kind, but many different densities. Very very clean, high-quality linens. Did not try the Queen size beds. as there were only 2 two of us, but the extra bedroom is good sized Awesome big TVs in each room and the lanai was quite large. I sat out there every morning to read and drink coffee and watch the sun

Wonderful Condo; Wonderful Location

My family and I had a magnificent stay. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and in a fabulous location. The beds were so comfortable, we all slept great each night. The kitchen was well appointed and the access to grills allowed us to cook a lot at home. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool. It was very quiet and we were always able to get a chair and umbrella. There were a ton of beach towels and other beach items all in great shape. The balcony/lenai was so spacious. We ate all our home cooked meals outside. And we loved being able to walk to town and get coffee in the morning (or rent kayaks, shop, eat, etc.). We rented a 4 door Jeep Wrangler for off-roading. We didn’t have trouble parking in the spot once we read the instructions. It was very easy to back into. Definitely read the house manual. It is so helpful! Thank you for making the Big Island a magical stay!

This was exactly what we were looking for! If you are traveling with family or another couple it"s perfect. The second bedroom and bathroom can be closed off for privacy. The wrap around deck was lovely, overlooking the pool and ocean, with plenty os seating. The location was just what my husband and I look for. There are plenty of restaraunts and shopping within walking distance. After a full day of exploring and dining you can walk back home for a quiet nights sleep. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Absolutely perfect!

This property was in the perfect location with beautiful ocean views and walking distance to everything you need! The condo was beautifully decorated, comfy beds and bedding, and had everything we needed from cooking utensils to all the beach gear. Was a great stay! Great, quiet place & Great communication!

We had a few hiccups, all were addressed immediately and we had wonderful communication with the property owner! beautiful view, close to everything, 3 bathrooms, spectacular inventory of beach items including umbrella, chairs, snorkle stuff, beach towels, etc. everything you need to do laundry and wash dishes were there and ready to go! no need to buy anything, just sit back, relax and enjoy! so comfy and quiet, that was impressive! they even had 2 beers awaiting our arrival which was a perfect touchafter a long day of travel! thank you Steve & Nancy! yall have a great place!

Family Birthday Trip

We rented the property for a multiple day stay. The location was about a half block from the main street where restaurants, shopping, and entertainment were located. The kitchen had all the tools we needed to cook meals on and off through out our stay. The spare closet was fully stocked with beach toys. Costco was just outside town near the airport, we were able to stock up at a reasonable cost on items for the time we stayed in for meals. I would take seriously the prompting from the property manager to rent the smallest vehicle you can for ease of parking. We rented a Nissan Rouge, we would have been hard pressed to fit a larger vehicle into the parking space. Parking is under the complex and was conveniently located near the elevators. We would absolutely stay in this unit again!

Fantastic condo in a great location!

We were so happy with this property and really enjoyed our stay. The location was a very easy walk to all the restaurants and shops. The pool was great and we loved sipping coffee on the lanai in the mornings. The best part was how well stocked the place is with beach accessories. It was so nice to have chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and really nice beach towels for our beach days. The boogie boards and fins were fun too. And finally, the parking in the garage, despite all the warnings, proved to be no issue even with our big Jeep Rubicon. It was a little close but really no problem. We loved this place and would definitely stay again if we ever come back to the Big Island. Thanks!

Great location and space

We had a family of 6 - parents and four teen/adult children. Property was perfect size and it helped to have 3 bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. Beach supplies were ample and we were so grateful!!! Also enjoyed proximity to restaurants, shops, sunset spots, beaches. Perfect perfect location for our group. It was a wonderful stay and we were sad to leave!

Excellent location and amenities

We spent two weeks at this beautiful Kona Pacific condo and enjoyed ourselves so much. The location was perfect for either having a local day (walking around, enjoying the cafes and restaurants, browsing shops, exploring local beaches like Magic Sands and Kahaluu) or venturing out on longer drives. The condo was spacious for four people and we loved having access to the boogie boards, comfy Tommy Bahama chairs, and very useful sun umbrellas. The hosts were friendly, quick to respond and very accommodating. Thank you for making our first (but not last) visit to the Big Island very memorable!
