Your recently remodeled condo is beautifully appointed with tropical furnishings and
modern updates, including brand new kitchen cabinets and flooring and a new bathroom vanity.

Kalanikai is a community of both full-time residents and visitors that's within walking
distance to grocery stores, Starbucks, Kailua Pier and very importantly, the shaved ice shop.
Relax beside a large pool that is surrounded by a beautiful stone deck, lots of coconut palms
and fragrant flowers.

There's one air conditioner in the living room and there is a covered parking space just for you.
Giant glass doors invite sunshine into the home, and open to a screened-in lanai. Enjoy your
Kona coffee on the lanai surrounded by palm trees.

The kitchen features stunning stone countertops, updated appliances and beautiful white
cabinets that are stocked with everything you need. You'll have your own washer and dryer to
tidy up after a day of adventuring around the island.

Even the bedroom offers a relaxed island style. Louvered widows carry a gentle breeze
into the room and the queen sized bed is quite comfortable. The bathroom matches the
bedroom and includes a bathtub with shower fixtures. It's your perfect home base after another

Perfect little getaway condo

This property was the perfect thing for our hop over to Big Island (from Oahu) for a long holiday weekend! Check in was easy and Dawn quickly answered when I had a question prior to arrival. Had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals and also located near a lot of great restaurant options. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the screened in lanai surrounded by beautiful palms and flowers. We definitely would stay here again if we plan another visit to Kona!

The location of the condo drew us to this place and the location did not disappoint. Very easy to get to all that Kailua-Kona has to offer. However, while advertised as fully air conditioned, the unit is only in the main room and does not reach the bedroom. Some of the furniture had nails exposed and were a hazard to our 2 year old.

Great stay for a couple in Kona

Nicely maintained property insulated from the hustle and bustle of Kona. Walking distance to plenty of food, shopping, and attractions. Easy access to the main hwy. Great recommendations in the guest book!
