I gave 5 stars in many areas, but overall only 3 so I will explain why. The condo was very clean, beds comfy, AC works great, kitchen well stocked, communication was flawless and there are awesome beach chairs & boogie boards. The showers however were awful.Toilets & vanities have been updated but I have never showered in such a run down dingy shower. I rushed through showers becasue I was grossed out. They were clean, but they are stained, patched and the surrounding sheetrock is cracked and peeling. Both showers are this way. If that doesnt bother you, this place is great. I wouldnt stay again because of it though. I have been in 5 units in the Turtle Bay condos and there are others in the same price range with decent showers. This was the best AC out of those 5 though! And maybe the most comfy beds. None are perfect so it's a matter of what is important. Showers are important to me and I wish a review had mentioned their state of disrepair so I'm simply imforming the consumer. We love this area though, the pools are great, we bbq'ed fish we caught at the grills there. Short walk to beach for decent snorkeling and hotel with a gorgeous sunset bar (music), excellent food, early morning coffee and beach trails. Other reviews mentioned bad internet and the check out process but our internet was great & at check out they simply ask you to take out garbage and start the dishwasher and that's to keep away bugs so it makes sense and wasnt a big deal. Overall a good time was had.
