"The rooms are renovated, clean, and well maintained in the Rainbow tower. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room every day. Overall, everything about the hotel was good except for a few major issues, First; it was extremely crowded!!! The pools and beach areas were packed every day. At times, we had to wait more than 5-10 minutes just to get an elevator. If you wanted a lounge chair by the pool, you had to wake up very early to reserve one. Also, the hotel does not provide complimentary beach chairs or umbrellas on the beach, which was disappointing. These are significant drawbacks and not what I would expect from a five-star resort."
