"The staff were very friendly and smiling throughout the registration and also during check out. While the exterior of the hotel looks a little jaded and tired( a fresh coat of paint will definitely help), the room was clean and tidy and it looked freshly renovated.( i was looking at the tiles' grout lines and sealant joints for the fittings and fixtures. They were spotlessly clean) The basement carpark is brightly lit( i arrived at night), esp around the lift lobby. Although there were some darker corners and I didnt get to see any security camera, I saw a guard sitting outside the exit point when i was departing. Overall, i feel safe parking the vehicle under the hotel. "
