Der Strand und die Innenstadt waren fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und trotzdem liegt die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Ecke der Stadt, sodass auch die "geräuscharme" Entspannung nicht beeinträchtigt wird."
