Absolutely disgustingly filthy.

This was honestly the grossest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was mostly nice except one woman upon check-in. The rooms and common spaces were filthy. Our room smelled like mold and was covered in stains all over the carpet, drapes, pillow cases, and sheets. There were actual drops of blood on the comforter - not stains, but fresh blood. The toilet reeked of urine. Either the seal was broken or it is rarely cleaned. The closet floors were trashed with dirt and bits of food. It was truly disgusting. Please take the reviews for this hotel seriously and avoid it, it’s horrible.

Well the door is sticky somewhere, when you open the entry to the room it sticks upper left corner. Not pans in the room and short on dishes. She gets us a sauté pan and it’s a scratched up coated pan. Will not use. Coffee maker has sticky stuff down the side, gross. The floor dips like soft when you come in. The stove top was nasty. The dining table legs were almost off. Only a bottle of shampoo in shower, a bottle that is suppose to be in a wall holder. No conditioner no soaps. The hot tub has moldy residue around the top rows of tile and even spots in the pool. No towels in the pool area either.

I stayed at this hotel from Aug 21–Aug 31, 2025, and it was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. • Room conditions: When I checked in, the toilet was broken, there was no screen in the window (a huge safety hazard), and the walls and curtains were filthy. The sink smelled like rotting food and there was even a mustard packet and cigar in it. The A/C leaked under the bed, and several outlets didn’t work. • Safety concerns: On six separate mornings, maintenance staff tried to enter our room while we were inside—even attempting to use a key! There was also an unannounced “city inspection” where four men entered our room unexpectedly. Across the 10 days, 24 different staff members came into our room. It was extremely unsettling, especially as a woman. • Noise & disturbances: Loud parties outside until 2:30 AM, guests screaming in the hallways, and housekeeping waking us up at 8 AM on checkout day despite a “Do Not Disturb” sign. • Unprofessional staff: When I called for towels, I was told “you can come get them” and hung up on. When I called to speak to the manager, the front desk admitted they “knew exactly” what I was talking about with staff entering rooms—so this seems to be a known issue. This stay was unsafe, unsanitary, and unacceptable, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had stayed here before, but I had called ahead to see if the hot tub was working and was told “it is today”. But when we arrived, the hot tub was running but the water wasn’t even warm. The water looked dark green and the bubbles were a brown color. And there was no breakfast anymore.

Horrible smell

When i walked into the room, it STUNK of sweaty socks. The smell was so pungent i had to go and buy a scented candle to mask the smell. The bed was super comfy but the bathroom was TINY.

Check-in process was slow, but grateful for early check-in. Pool was closed which ruined our plans for the evening. Room was dirty and needs updates. Outlets and tv didn’t work. Bathroom door and fan were extremely loud.

Nice suite

Rooms were very clean and newly renovated. No breakfast but we had a kitchen. Pool and hot tub not working. Basic workout room was nice. Coffee and tea in the morning.
