Property was well situated to walk to Christmas lights. There were multiple maintenance issues in one of the bathrooms. Host was informed and will fix after stay. Surprising that cleaning crew would not report that sink was not draining and that shower handle was no longer attached to wall. Otherwise it was a very good stay.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Bother times have been great. The house has everything you need for a large group. Plenty spacious and inviting house and the patio in the back has plenty of room. We got early checkin this year and communication with the agent was easy and thorough. We were also checked on througout the stay to see if we needed anything. A property. Will be staying again.

We stayed at this home for the Blanco County Rodeo weekend and really enjoyed our time overall. The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the town square and super convenient for checking out the 290 Wine Trail. We loved being so close to local restaurants, tasting rooms, and coffee shops.The house is spacious and worked well for our group. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and the layout made it easy to hang out together, especially around the dining table and in the cozy living room. The beds were comfortable, and the three bathrooms made things a lot easier for a larger group.We would stay here again.

The property was nice. The rooms were great. It was nice and cool on the hot weekend we were there. The flooring in some areas needs to be fixed as it’s bubbling up and we tripped a few times over it. The floors in the main area weren’t the cleanest. However it was quiet, close to the places we were going and the beds/showers were awesome.

It was an awesome place. Only complaint is that the large room with the bunk beds was rather warm and not as cool as the other rooms. Close to everything and the neighborhood was nice and good place to take walks.Lots of activities close by. Exotic zoo and two state parks. Whole family loved it.

This location is ideal for the walkable festive activities in Johnson City. It was clean, well maintained, exactly as the pictures showed and the house is updated nicely. Girls trip!

We did enjoy this property. We had our annual girls trip and decided to stay in Johnson City. Very comfortable for six ladies. Only wish was having mirrors in the bedrooms so we could have easier time getting ready for the day.

Great home, great location

The house was very cute and worked well for our family of 8 adults, 1child, 1 pet. We loved the backyard -private,, shaded, and great fire pit and seating. The location was perfect, very quiet, ample off street parking, close to Main Street, and lots of deers! Only suggestion for future visitors- bring your own salt, pepper, spices, foil, plastic wrap, and cookware (if you plan on fixing full meals) and washcloths.
