Find it strange that front line staff is quite inflexible that insists on everyone to queue up to check in only after 230pm, even when we arrived at 215pm. Even though it is quite clear the room are already available, and they just do not want to process it. So you see many people loitering around the lobby area, the staff all getting ready behind the desk and not doing anything, and then everyone formed a long q at 230pm just to check in. Quite inflexible, otherwise, choose this hotel for comfort, and unbeatable location."
