The hotel was closed. I could not even get in the parking lot. I had to make other arrangements at another hotel, which cost me twice as much. I’m not happy with this at all and it doesn’t sound like I’m gonna be getting a refund for quite some time either.

This is a great location and has very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel just really needs a remodel. "

It did not give me much confidence in the cleanliness of anything else. The towels and sheets all seemed clean, though. The coffee was really good in the lobby, too, and the desk staff were friendly. I'm definitely staying somewhere else on my return trip."
