Over priced for what you get
Overall staff were very pleasant and helpful. However, our stay overall was “meh” we were placed in a “partial lake view” this was not the case- we were in the second row from the main lake on the back side of the cabin and our “view” was a cabin infront of ours which was used as a utilities cabin? Considering there was a mountain of garbage bags on the first day/second morning that were stored there. So not a great view. Our room was the king “premier deluxe” suite- so in reality it was a 2 rooms.. the front room having windows for the “view” and a dingy old green couch that we did not touch. Then the second room with the king bed/bathroom (which was less than stellar) as the shower would run warm to very hot (back/forth). Then the parking!! We had to park in a parking lot that was a very far walk, there was an option for valet included but we decided against it as we were in and out to the vehicle. The walls in the room were also very thin and we could hear the couple in the next cabin, which was not ideal… the only good part of this cabin was that it was located close to the main lodge were most of the amenities such as a the hot tub was located. We also skated on the lake which was great. Overall for the price, I was not amazed by the experience. Will only return here for my yearly work conference.
