"Just got back from a lovely 3-night stay at Namami by ZenQ in Bankhandi. What a peaceful spot! Right next to the Maa Baglamukhi Temple – we could walk there in 2 minutes for darshan. There is a way from inside hotels basement(B1), which was perfect. Booked Namami suite which was really clean and comfy and the mountain + temple views from the window were calming. Staff were genuinely helpful and friendly – nothing was too much trouble, whether it was extra towels or suggestions for nearby spots. Food was pure veg and everything tasted homemade. They have Jain meal option too. Portions were generous. Only tiny thing was the WiFi which was a bit patchy sometimes, but honestly, we were there to switch off anyway. Great value, super relaxing – we’d happily go back. Highly recommend if you’re heading to Bankhandi!!!"

"Turned up in Dharamshala, get to hotel, has not existed for 2 years. Clearly been sold and rebranded. Yet somehow Hotels.com managed to book us a room. Absolutely unbelievable. $25 Onecash credit compensation for 3 rooms, 3 adults had to rebook somewhere else at walk up rates and this is what Hotels.com thought was appropriate compensation. Comical incompetence. "

"Absolutely excellent, highly recommend. This is a beautiful resort set in stunning mountains, beautiful views all around. Service was first class from absolutely all staff that work here . I would like to say a special thank you to Shisha at the front desk for being so helpful. Aghishek, Nikita, Vasu, Jitendu thank you all for the amazing first class service , I’ve felt welcomed , everything has been so easy, the room has been cleaned to a high standard. The restaurant staff and cooks also have been to a high standard of food and service I can’t recommend highly enough , I would especially like to thank Varun, Rahul Bhati, Vineet, Rajesh, Rahul, Dinesh, Jochin. Food is amazing with lots of choice for all diets and needs, and very tasty. In the rooms there every toiletry you need , I had packed so many toiletries but did not need to use any as the shampoo, conditioner, body was, body lotion, face wash was all beautiful and natural ingredients ( and I am fussy ). This is a perfect place to retreat , rest, and enjoy the most beautiful surroundings of the mountains in a five star resort with five star service . I look forward to returning. "
