SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The primary bedroom's king bed comes with its own private ensuite bathroom, and the second bedroom's queen bed and twin single bed share their own separate private ensuite, so both rooms have real privacy from each other without sharing a hallway bath.

GOOD TO KNOW

No pets of any kind, no smoking anywhere on the premises. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM, with a maximum occupancy of five guests. This is a third-floor unit; an elevator is available. Quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and trailers and motorcycles are not permitted in the gated community.
