The townhouse offers a comfortable layout with multiple spaces for relaxation and rest. The sleeping arrangements include the living room with a sofa sleeper, a guest bedroom, and a loft bedroom. While the guest bedroom and loft bedroom are connected, there is privacy for up to four guests. The townhouse can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.

Guests will have access to the entire townhouse, which includes a private entrance and carport. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and two and a half bathrooms. As part of the Fairfield Harbour community, you'll also have access to the Broad Creek Recreation Center, which features indoor and outdoor pools, miniature golf, a gym, sauna, and hot tub. There's also a path behind the townhouse that goes around the lake, perfect for a relaxing stroll.

Downtown New Bern, with its shops, restaurants, and historical sites, is a quick 15-minute drive. You'll find two parking spaces right in front of the townhome. Plus, the area is very walkable, and you can rent bikes at the recreation center for a fun way to explore.
