This light and airy space with all the modern conveniences is just a short walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. It's close to world class golfing, surfing, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, convention center, and so much more. Located near a beach that I dream about often! It has a cozy kitchen with stone countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee maker, French press, coffee grinder, toaster, microwave, blender, coffee, full set of cookware and bakeware, and so much more. The basic cooking necessities, e.g., oil, pepper, spices, condiments are also included.

The property has UHD 4K smart TVs in the living room, each bedroom with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, and Disney+ streaming services. It also has a WIFI system throughout the home.

Downstairs features a living room with a sleeper sofa and a 65" television. The kitchen has a pass through beside the dining area, and a powder room. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer (detergent is provided free of charge). An iron and ironing board are also available.

Head upstairs and you'll find two bedrooms. The front bedroom features a queen bed with attached small balcony. The back bedroom also has a queen bed. Just outside these bedrooms is a common bathroom with a tub shower combo.

Head to the private backyard where you'll find a great area for relaxing and dining in the open air patio. And what's a backyard without a gas BBQ. You'll also find a gas fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs where you can roast hot dogs and marshmallows.

Enjoy a day at the beach with the provided bikes, chairs, toys, umbrella, beach towels and wagon.

We have an outdoor shower on the back of the house so upon your return from the beach you'll be able to rinse off the sand and feel more comfortable before entering the house for a relaxing evening.

There are many great restaurants and bars close by, the area has a free Beach Buggy transport service to take you to the local it downtown bars and restaurants. You can download the app and order a free ride.
