These hotel was the worst stay and experience I’ve EVER had. The room was dirty, the A/C was super LOUD and the mattress was sleeping on the concrete floor!!!!!!

I was disappointed that the policy of the hotel is not to have the rooms cleaned during the guests' stay and that guests must must let the front desk know if they wish to have more towels. Otherwise, I had a very nice stay.

Love this hotel. My wife and i had a great time there. Hotel was very clean, modern, well located and the staff was very professional and courteous...thank you Marie! Great breakfast selections. We will definitely be back soon.

During our visit to Jacksonville, we rented a car. However, I really liked that dining and shopping options were within walking distance. On the other hand, you definitely need a car to reach the beach area, even though it’s quite close. The hotel room was clean, and the breakfast buffet offered a large variety of options. The only drawback was that the pool was a bit small—but who needs a pool when the ocean is waiting for you!

Lovely pet friendly property. Staff was quick amd friendly. Breakfast was nice for invluded option. Gym was beautifully done. Pool area looked nice too but we didnt use due to weather. Fresh coffee and teas kept available. Will stay again.

There was cups of orange juice with straws in them in the fridge when I got there. Also the floor could use alittle bleach in the corners of the tube area, dirt and hair build up. Other wise it was a well cleaned room. Receptionist was very helpful. That was tub area/floor.

Basic but adequate. I bought king size bed room but ended up with two queens. Room was quite dark and had weird bathtub. The bathtub bottom was coarse like sandpaper which made bathing quite uncomfortable. Breakfast was very basic. There were ducks defecting in the pool. Other than that great! Clean and conveniently located.

The pool was small and unclean. It had ducks swimming in it. It was around 5ft at the deepest area. But it was otherwise a clean hotel, good service. I just had high hopes for a nice swim at the hotel.
