Sleeping arrangements
Sleeps 4 with two comfortable bedrooms and three beds. The primary suite features a king bed, soft linens, and direct access to the Florida room, giving you a peaceful space to start and end each day. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, ideal for children, friends, or additional guests. Both bedrooms offer ample closet space and convenient access to two full bathrooms.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen provides everything you need for preparing meals at home, with full appliances and a functional layout that keeps cooking easy. A dining table for four sits nearby, while the breakfast bar offers a casual place to gather for conversation. A washer and dryer add extra convenience for longer stays.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return it along with a photo ID that matches your reservation to finalize your booking.

Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
