All i have to say is that the lady at the front during the day was so sweet and kind and thats saying a lot coming from a Canadian 🇨🇦 Everything was nice and clean and the gym pool and food in the morning was fantastic! Would recommend it to anyone that is visiting Jacksonville. Thank you

Property was great bed was comfortable but those little pillows were no my type. Everyone was complaining about them during breakfast. Not just me. Everyone from other rooms were complaining. One man called his wife who was driving in and told her to bring their pillows.

I didn't like how the room smelled. It has a very bad smell in the room. I didn't ask for a refund or a different room because the lady at the front desk seemed preoccupied when I arrived and took her almost 10 minutes to help me because she was on the phone with another person. I won't be using this establishment again.

Rooms smelled moldy. Front desk woman at night was kind of rude. There were people out in parking lot who were. Or staying there drinking beer and hanging out in parking lot. Breakfast bar sucked

We had white socks on our feet walking around in the room. We noticed they were turning black on the bottom. I took a white towel and rubbed the carpet and it showed black on the towel right away. We had a non-smoking room, but could smell tint of smoke when we walked in. Cigarette burn on the carpet, and cigarette burn make on vanity.

Stay was overall good. The breakfast however was terrible. No coffee, 2 biscuits and a little bit of gravy was basically all that was available at 7:30am. Trash was overflowing in the dining area as well. Not sure if they were short staffed or what. Definitely hurt my rating of this property.
