Stylish décor and thoughtful touches create a relaxing, island‑chic vibe. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, flat‑screen TVs in each room, and plush furnishings throughout.

Ideal for families or two couples, the primary bedroom offers a king bed and ensuite bath, while the second bedroom includes two queen beds, a private balcony with scenic views, and an attached bathroom. Sleeps six comfortably.

    First, the communication from the property manager made for a carefree stay. Start to finish they missed nothing. Second, the property and location was fantastic.     We were very pleased with this Courtside Villa. We enjoyed the space and having a deck. It is quiet at this end of the plantation but everything is still within easy reach. We would definitely come back.

    Stayed at this very comfortable and beautiful condo with a friend for a girlfriend getaway. The home had everything you could possibly need. The location is quiet and close to bike and walking trails and the Omni hotel is a few minutes up the road. The owners couldn't have been more accommodating.     This was our second time staying at this Courtside Villa. We find it to be well located and equipped with everything we need. Since we had no issues and we had a key pad entry we really didn't communicate with the property manager. Great spot and we hope to return.

    I took my family down to Florida for Spring Break at the end of March. The condo was a perfect place for us to hang out. We enjoyed the use of the pool area to lay out and catch some sun. The beach was a very short walk from the condo and they had some beach chairs for use in the front hall closet. The condo was very clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

    Though there are many properties on the Plantation, it is designed in such a way that there is a great deal of privacy. The condo is in a beautiful green, quiet area convenient to everything we wanted. Lots of history and great food to be had in the area.     The unit had everything we needed; including a washer and dryer. The kitchen came fully equipped from dish, glass and flatware to drip coffee maker and more. The furniture was comfortable and clean; the beds were comfy as well and the closets had plenty of hangers and extra blankets.
