This was a very overprice resort. Rooms where nothing fancy and had a fire alarm light that flashed all night. The food was absolutely horrible and very very expensive. The beds where nice though and it was nice to have a bar. Would definitely find a cheaper route next time

The property was under major roof construction during my stay. I was planning a staycation, a calm place to work and relax. The construction meant hanging outside was not an option... I asked for compensation, and I got a breakfast voucher.

Great hotel, nice interior design, very quiet and modern room with fantastic bathroom. There was just a little hiccup at checking where we were assigned a room on first floor at the extremity of the east wing which is in fact bellow ground level with basically a wall of grass in front of our window… fortunately we arrived early and were able to swap room but I feel bad for those who inherited from this room.

Love staying at snow king when I visit. Two things I have a problem with this time. 1. Get rid of the “resort” fees when it’s not in season. You don’t need to charge customer $90 a night or whatever it is now to use a pool. That’s a little ridiculous. 2. Paid $100 deposit which I have no problem doing, (have done it with them in the past), but this time they processed the charge and am still waiting for it to get refunded. Called and I was told “it’s your bank fault, call them.” Never happened before on previous stays and if I don’t receive it back, it won’t happen again because that will have been my last stay at the “resort”

Nice hotel, but for this kind of money, the room was very small, there was no microwave, and they did not clean our room. I stayed in the Holiday Inn suite the night before for less money and it had both the microwave and the full room cleaning.

We did not get the room facing the mountain as shown online when we booked. We got the balcony with all the construction equipment right out back. Other than that, it is a clean room and the bison burger was delicious.
