The lobby and main hotel entrance are beautiful, but the rooms are clearly dated and need refreshing. Our door had clearly been kicked in previously which was unnerving. The lack of sufficient parking is terrible especially as this hotel is in a ski area and next to a national park where you need vehicles to access! We arrived back at the hotel one evening at 10pm to find the parking full and had to circle twice to find a parking spot that we weren't certain was even meant to be a parking spot due to how unclearly marked the spots were. The pool and hottub were fun and clean. The breakfast was fine but again was not big enough for the number of guests staying at the hotel - we were there early enough to get a table but eventually had to share with other guests and watched families with children having to wait for tables to become free so they could start their breakfast. Overall a fine hotel if all you care about is having a place to sleep, but I personally would not stay here again due to the price compared to the limited parking and the below-average breakfast.

While the room was very clean and the hotel staff was wonderful, the noise level at this property is too much. We stayed in a double queen room, in the 2-story building and all we heard throughout the night was the people above literally walking back and forth and dropping things on the floor. The building itself has paper thin walls and floors and you can hear every creak. This could be a 5-star hotel, but if I didnt get a restful sleep, that definitely effects my rating of the propety. It didnt help either that they were doing construction on the building next door from 7am to 5pm or the noisy road the hotel is located off of. Noise level here is off the charts.

Great place within a short distance from Jackson Hole downtown and Grand Teton park. Definitely appreciated the pool and hot tub after long days of hiking.

The location was great, within easy walking distance to town. The front desk staff were very friendly, and we enjoyed the breakfast. However, we stayed on the second floor of one of the buildings, and the halls and room felt old and tired. It wasn’t inexpensive. For the price I would have spent a little more for an updated place. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We had 5 adults that stayed in cabin. Very clean. Space is small, but there is a small porch outside to escape to. I would consider the space a place just to sleep, not to hang out in. Lobby is beautiful. Pool/ hot tubs nice and clean. Breakfast offers hot food, cereals, fruit, pastries, coffee and juices.

We had high hopes ...

On our first morning the breakfast room was rammed, so no breakfast for us. Rooms are comfortable but decorated in a gloomy brown colour on the walls and not enough lighting in the room.

The hotel was very beautiful inside and the pool and hot tub were wonderful! I was unaware that we would not be staying in the hotel itself, but across the way at separate rooms which reminded me of an old time motel. Our room was very spacious, but getting very dated, the floors were squeaking, the carpets were dirty However, the bed was comfy. Breakfast was a full breakfast of your normal hotel type food, a very pretty area to sit, however not enough room for all the people. It really was not worth the $400 per night we paid.

Don't be deceived by the lobby photos. Rooms were old, dirty and ours had a balcony view of dumpsters from the restaurant behind. 5am trash trucks coming to collect the trash kept everyone up. Also multiple times in the night it sounded like someone was trying to open our door. Stay elsewhere.
