Rooms are clean, comfortable bed. The resort is very old. Very busy place, long lines for drinks, food is always the same and not a great selection. You get what you pay for.

En cuanto a servicio en recepción un poco malo pues hice 2 reservaciones por que no cabiamos en una habitación y pues nos pusieron en edificios diferentes, La habitación por el precio creo que le falta mantenimiento general; Los alimentos, pues más o menos, por se supone que es costa deberían ofrecer un poco más de variedad en pescados y mariscos, y bueno para los niños no les interesa mucho pues ellos son felices con las albercas y el agua del mar....en general bién por que a toda la infraestructura le falta un mantenimiento.....

This is the second time we stayed. We like the Fontan the staff is very nice this time Julie one of the entertainment staff was excellent, nice funny and made our days and each of the activities we participated enjoyable. Thank you Julie. The only complaint that we have is that there is a lot of people and few staff . You have to make line to eat to check in to check out to get or ask for something and thanks a lot of time to get it or for someone to bring it to you . We asked for pillows and we never got them . Some towels and they didn’t have enough. Please pay attention to those little things that makes a lot of difference.

Se encuentra bien ubicado,recepcion muy bien,limpieza de habitación bien,en alimentos solo me hubiera gustado tubieran barbacoa pero en genegal bien y la atencion de los meceros muy buena,y unico malo que tienes que estar cuidando la toalla de la alberca ya que si otra persona toma tu tualla te la cobran asi que para mi eseparte no me agrado ya que no puedes disfrutar la alberca por cuidar tu toalla

En general el hotel es bueno. Solo que observé que el área de alberca, restaurantes y bares. Son insuficientes para la cantidad de huéspedes que el hotel recibe. En algunos restaurantes niegan el acceso justificando que son espacios para recibir a grupos. O hasta que ven la fila enorme de huéspedes en el restaurante Palapa. Es cuando aperturas el acceso a restaurantes como el del área de jardín . En el restaurante de playa capacitar al personal en servicio al cliente. Y considero clasista que los de brazalete de socios no realicen fila en el bar, es ofensivo para quienes si realizan la fila enorme de espera a pleno rayo de sol. Sobre poblado de huéspedes.

My family and I really liked the options for dinning and their staff. There was an open Buffett for the adults and another one for the kids which was always a great option for my little one. Staff was always on top of our needs and wants. We also really enjoyed the pool and beach areas. Conveniently had showers at both beach accesses. All in all we were very satisfied with our stay at this location. Would definitely come back.
