Place is infested!

The whole place is a Bed Bug infested. Stayed with family and kids, reached late due to a flight delay and all were super tired. Within an hour of sleeping we felt bed bud bites everywhere. We could see them crawling everywhere mattress, walls and floor. Had to check out asap and move to different place. Now have to sanitise all our luggages.

Problems, unlawful procedures on reception desk

They took our id’s and took photocopy even it is not legal due to turkish law on the protection of personal data. As we did not feel comfortable, we left the hotel and they did not refund the money yet. I am trying to access to hotels.com stuff even they are not helpful. I paid for the nights that i did not stay. I totally do not recommend. Staff in the reception desk is also get mad when we asked why he is taking photocopy of our id’s. Totally disgrace.

The room was very narrow and not well organized, the staff refused a request for early check in despite there was an available room in the ground floor, breakfast was very poor with selected item previously prepared and placed in the kitchen (not an open buffet), Wifi was slow.

I recommend this hotel

The location was excellent, the shuttle bus which cost only 3.25$ will take you from the airport to a 5 minute walk distance from the hotel and vice versa, then you can walk from the hotel to the famous Taksim square in 5 minutes as well, and you can walk on the Istiklal cd. which is the main attracted street in Istanbul and from the end of istiklal cd you can reach Eminonu by walking just15 minutes. The manager was very helpful, I took by his advice for two tours and didn't regret, the last tour in the last day was the best in our trip which he advised me to do, of course you will find some Shortfalls, but still I will recommend this hotel.

The property location with its price is the best what you can get for your pocket in the vibrant taksim area , plus it comes with a breakfast ! Definitely would come back again.

The hotel is very close to Taksim square and Istiklal street (5 to 8 min walk). The staff is very welcoming, friendly and most important the staff is very helpful.

Not proper for family or respectful people

I had the worst experience in this place. It can't be called hotel or anything like that. It is a prostitution place. I got there with a family of 7 people including 2 kids at 5 am. They did not have even one room ready for us although we put a note that we were gonna check in early and we had already paid in full for two rooms. I had to find another place at 5am and when we came back to get the rooms at the regular check in time, we were shocked. The rooms were nothing like the pictures on travelocity. I asked the owner for a refund but he refused and was very rude. During the two hours negotiating and when we were waiting at 5 am we saw many girls going in and out of the place with men almost drunk.

Quartier horrible Prostitution et autres Rue très bruyante et fréquentée toute la nuit Nous nous enfermions à double tour et mettions une valise derrière la porte par sécurité Le local douche était plus que minuscule Je devais entrer dans la cabine de douche pour pouvoir en fermer la porte Nous n avons même pas osé aller voir le petit déjeuner Je déconseille plus que fortement

Выбрали этот отель , потому что находится ближе к центру - рядом гранд базар, мечеть, собор Айя София , фонтан. Комната наша была идеальной для проживания вдвоём. В комнате у нас было очень чисто, мебель в хорошем состоянии, кровать отличная, ванная комната тоже была в свежем виде. Также нас порадовали вкусные завтраки «шведский стол». Хозяины очень гостеприимные , обслуживание 👍. Единственный небольшой минус- холодильник очень плохо работает, не холодный.
