One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.
The behavior of the reception staff was extremely rude and unacceptable. We did not receive the room we had reserved. We had booked a studio, but instead, they gave us a much smaller standard room.
When I complained about this issue, the receptionist reacted very aggressively and disrespectfully, even throwing my luggage outside. This kind of behavior is absolutely shocking and unacceptable.
No one at the hotel could properly communicate in English, which made the situation even more frustrating.
I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. The location is also very inconvenient, with many stairs and steep paths, making it extremely difficult for travelers with luggage.
The room itself was in terrible condition. It had a strong sewage smell, was not clean at all, and the walls were damaged with holes filled with cigarette butts. It was a very unpleasant and disturbing scene.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I truly regret choosing this place
