The room was fine, but my wife preferred to have our original booked room type, so the customer service manager-Dina reached out to my wife, and she made my wife very happy with her professional help . Also Erhant chef at breakfast delivered good service with his sweetness. Overall the entire hotel crew is nice and has great manners. They made our staying feels like home with comfort and satisfaction! upgrade with city view but smaller room size than what we originally booked. Everything was great I would give 5 stars but the they charged me 180 euro extra for my 14 year old granddaughter as third person. It’s unethical to charge for a family member who is a minor. She can’t be in her own room. That was a disappointment.

It was a beautiful room, even the standard room with an interior view. The restaurant was great, with many delicious dishes. It is in a superb location on the water, right adjacent to the water ferries. I will stay there again.
